We are very happy to be able to offer, for sale, Martin Strommen's Car 91. (397 RDT) included in the package the car will be prepared Ready for this season, including a Gearbox overall. Car can be run in all the clasic races, HSCC, U2TC, CTCRC and the Masters. 
A rare opportunity to acquire a Lotus Cortina MK1, restored to FIA HTP specification by Cortina ace Alan Henderson. In 2010 the car was subject to a full re-build, from a chemical strip to a fully painted shell, with lots of new parts. No expense spared, and raced with much success with many wins. 
Goodwood Revival third place with the famous Le Mans winner, race driver Tom Kristensen, and HRH Princs Joachim of Denmark 2011. 
Raced again at Goodwood Revival in 2013 with Norwegian rally driver (x works driver for Skoda) John Haugland and Barrie "Whizzo" Williams. 
Raced by the first owner Arne Berg and John Haugland in U2TC and Masters during 2011 till 2015 with a lot of success. 
Raced successfully from 2016 with today's owner Martin Strommen in U2TC, HRDC and Masters. In 2017 second place in Masters MG Live. In 2018 First in Masters Pre 66 at Most Circuit in Czech, and Third place in Masters Pre 66 at Dijon Prenois Circuit in October. 
The Car has been serviced by Alan Henderson Racing Ltd during and after every race. A new engine was installed before the 2018 season by Neil Brown Engineering, and rechecked in November. The car is ready for 2019 season with complete HTP papers and some spare parts, mini lite wheels etc.

Currently fitted with an MSD rev limiter set to 8200 RPM as per current specs. For Masters.
